A selection of patterns to get you started with the Classic DK from Emu.
Ten Ball Candy Stripe Knitted Blanket: You need 10 balls of Classic DK yarn, 8 different colours and then two of your final colour. You will need a pair of 4mm UK8 circular knitting needles, 80-100cm length to accommodate the large number of stitches, and some stitch markers.
Ladies Classic Cable Roll Neck Sweater: You will need 6 balls of your chosen yarn, a pair of 3.25mm UK10 and a pair of 4mm UK8 knitting needles, stitch holders, cable needle and two stitch markers.
Tartan Cushion Cover: You'll need 4 different colours of classic double knit, one ball each of three colours and two balls of the forth colour. A pair of 3.75mm UK9 knitting needles, one 45cm square cushion pad and one 30cm zip fastener.
